  10. I recently put up seven of the new USR 33.6 Sportsters on my terminal
  11. server. As it turns out, two of them seem bad, and one is a bit
  12. iffy.  The two bad ones will consistently see a lot of retrains
  13. and a steadily declining link speed, declining to 21K or so within
  14. a half hour, if they don't cut the user off first. The iffy one
  15. did the decline, but managed to get itself back up to 28.8 when
  16. talking to another 28.8 Sportster, although it still retrained
  17. every couple of minutes and had quite a few Blerrs.

  19. All of these modems have the 10/18/95 ROMs.

  21. Is anyone else experiencing this sort of problem?
